The renovation of this occupied space, completed in two phases, has significantly improved the bank’s operations and customer experience. The existing lobby area was expanded, and additional waiting seating was added to provide a more comfortable place for customers. An open-concept office area was also adopted in place of the previous cubicles and partition walls, giving the first floor a more open and inviting feel. These changes have not only enhanced the aesthetics of the space but also improved the flow of customer traffic and increased employee collaboration.
On the bank’s second floor, the tenants were delighted to receive new finishes, flooring, and lighting to match the ground level. The updated employee break room features a kitchen and large windows, letting in ample natural light, creating a more vibrant and pleasant environment.
