Calhan High School CTE Addition

The district has been limited by its old welding station, a converted shed that could only accommodate one welder at a time. The new Career and Technical Education (CTE) facility will offer more space and equipment for students to learn. It will feature nine welding bays, woodworking and metal shops, a fully equipped kitchen, and several new classrooms. The 14,000-square-foot facility will also host Family Consumer Science and Vocational Agriculture programs. This expansion and improvement will enhance Calhan High School students’ career and employment opportunities.
