Powers Office Park

Situated with convenient access to Memorial Hospital North, Powers Office Park is a master-planned business park in the Cordera neighborhood of Colorado Springs. Bryan Construction built three buildings of Class-A medical offices along with all the site development to support the buildings. Bryan condensed the original schedule by three months through working closely with the architect and owner to get city approval and materials early.
