The new home for the Town of Severance Public Works Department is an 11,000-square-foot metal building with reinforced slab. The building features 4 drive-through truck bays, 1 drive-in maintenance bay, locker rooms, offices, storage rooms, and a secure storage mezzanine. Bryan also performed adjacent offsite utility work and constructed new public roads and walkways.
