The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers selected Bryan Construction for this design-build project constructing four concrete masonry unit barracks to provide housing for 640 military personnel. After our great work on Barracks 15-18, receiving an “Outstanding” on our performance evaluation, the USACE enlisted us to construct an additional three concrete masonry unit barracks to provide housing for 480 military personnel. Supporting facilities for all the barracks included electrical, water, and sewage distribution systems, mechanical systems, information systems, site improvements, and drainage.
