Vision and Design
From the start, the goal was to craft a space that functioned seamlessly for both clinical and administrative use, while creating an elevated experience for patients and staff. The design called for high-end finishes that highlight the Institute’s premium image, while incorporating subtle nods to the building’s original features. These architectural accents contributed to a modern industrial aesthetic softened by a refined elegance.
The suite was thoughtfully divided using a central corridor extension that separates clinical and procedure rooms from the administrative offices. This layout allows for efficient workflows and enhanced privacy, without sacrificing the inviting ambiance or overall cohesion of the space.
Construction Execution
As a first-generation tenant finish, the space began as a blank canvas. Bryan Construction collaborated closely with the design team to bring the LaVie Institute’s vision to life, addressing the complex infrastructure needs of a medical facility while maintaining the aesthetic expectations of a luxury environment. Particular attention was given to seamlessly integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the design, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal.
Project Outcome
The completed LaVie Institute suite is a striking example of how clinical spaces can be both beautiful and highly functional. Patients are welcomed into an environment that feels calming, modern, and luxurious, while staff benefit from a well-organized, efficient workspace.
