An interior remodel of existing office suites found at the corner of Pikes Peak and Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs, The Gazette office project is representative of Bryan Construction’s skill in updating office space. The 24,900-square-foot space required removal of existing elements to accommodate a redesigned layout for the newsroom and designated areas for each of The Gazette departments. The team completed construction and modified the HVAC system while the rest of the building remained fully functional and occupied. They also finished on time in mid-November even though a tenant in a key part of the space did not vacate until October.
