Historical Building 284

Fort Collins

Historic Building 284, located at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming, has been standing proud since the early 1900s. After sitting unused for decades, the building underwent a 16,695-square-foot renovation to give it a second life. After interior demolition and abatement of the building, we built out the space to include new offices, a laboratory, file storage, break room, and conference spaces for a Missile Engineering Squadron. New finishes included drywall/framing, paint, flooring, ceilings, and restoration of the original decorative tin ceiling and historic windows to reflect the original building finishes. All the work met the Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings.
