Training the next generation of auto mechanics is The Automotive and Technology Center at Aims Community College, an automotive educational facility, encompassing laboratory workspace along with full-service collision and automotive bays, including lifts, a compressed air system, dynamometer, state-of-the-art paint booths, an upholstery shop, welding room, administration offices, and student workspaces. The LEED-certified building features structural steel, brick veneer, and Centria metal wall panels for a Detroit auto motif.
