10th Special Forces Operations Battalion Headquarters

Colorado Springs

To provide the 10th Special Forces with a facility that enhances their overall mission, Bryan Construction built a specialized, streamlined, and resourced facility that acts a force multi-plier to the Special Operations Force Warfighter. The 119,900-square-foot facility houses battalion and company administrative and command operations with storage for supplies and equipment. In addition to the headquarters, we built the associated hardstands, parking for 347 vehicles, covered storage areas, security fencing, utility infrastructure, and armories. A 4-acre geothermal field reduces the electrical demands from heating and cooling. Further work included the maritime operations facility and parachute-rigging storage area. The headquarters received LEED Silver certification.
