Ardent Mills Innovation Center

When the largest flour miller in the U.S., Ardent Mills, opened its headquarters in downtown Denver they contacted Bryan Construction. Ardent Mills specializes in wheat milling, including the production of baking flours and specialty products for use around the globe. In total, four levels totaling 54,500 square feet, of an existing mid-rise office building were demolished and rebuilt. Recognizing an entire corporation is dependent on this structure for quality and safety, Bryan delivered a unique headquarters which included a state of the art research and development Innovation Center. Demonstration kitchens and a miniature mill were installed along with a data center, an independent HVAC system, grease interceptor, and a new 5,500 CFH gas service. Crisp finishes and 21st century furniture created a unique layout that promotes collaboration in a relaxed environment for employees.
