When Bal Seal – a leading manufacturer of springs and seals for medical and industrial
applications – decided its explosive growth required a massive new plant, they came to
Bryan Construction for help. The 155,000-square-foot factory was built with precast concrete for the main facade with a structural steel roof. Unique architectural elements like the arched common area, glass offices, and a giant chessboard outside create a futuristic and fun office environment. Special systems piping and venting were installed for the manufacturing process, quality control labs, and assembly labs. Bryan worked with Bal Seal to create new and innovative ways to handle system distribution, as well as power and data cabling to all manufacturing equipment.
