Bank of Colorado Fort Collins

When the Lincoln branch of Bank of Colorado needed to expand, Bryan Construction was there to help. An existing dentist’s office was demolished to create additional space. The project, totaling 5,560 square feet, consisted of offices, a conference room, bathrooms, expanded lobby, and breakroom, along with paint and flooring. Stained wood finishes bring a cohesive look throughout the building from the doors to trim and cabinets. The expanded lobby is open to plenty of natural light bringing a fresh airy feel to the bank. The space is welcoming for new and returning customers alike.
