Colorado Springs Airport

To enhance customer experience, the Colorado Springs Airport is seeking to modernize their airline ticketing and baggage claims areas as well as restore some areas damaged by a fire.
Bryan Construction is tackling this project in a six-phase approach, taking into consideration airline operations. Coordination with the airport and the airlines is key in preventing delays. We created a detailed sub phasing plan to ensure access to the TSA security checkpoint and The Springs Marketplace retail store as well as maintain access to the ticketing counters. The project includes installing a new ceiling, LED lighting, terrazzo and carpet flooring, updated signage, and remodeling restrooms.
