Project Features
This state-of-the-art facility stands 40 feet tall and includes 6,100 square feet of traditional commercial steel structure integrated within the larger insulated precast building envelope. The hybrid approach was chosen to meet the diverse functional needs of the client while maintaining durability and efficiency.
The interior layout accommodates:
- Production and warehouse areas
- Office spaces
- Employee breakrooms
- Locker rooms
- Training rooms
- Conference rooms
Additionally, the building’s infrastructure includes design considerations for future expansion, ensuring it can grow in tandem with Eagle Claw’s business.
Design-Build Efficiency
As a design-build project, Bryan Construction was involved from the very beginning, guiding the design to align with Eagle Claw’s vision, timeline, and budget. Early involvement allowed for cohesive coordination between all project partners, resulting in faster decision-making and smoother execution.
In a strategic move to stay on schedule, the precast wall panels were ordered before the final design was completed. This proactive approach minimized potential supply chain delays and ensured production and delivery aligned with the aggressive project timeline.
Unique Design Elements
A signature architectural element of this project is the incorporation of multiple board-formed concrete walls, which add texture and visual interest to the building. One of these walls features a striking design, a fishhook with a barb, that becomes visible when viewed from above, paying homage to Eagle Claw’s legacy and product identity.
Outcome
The completed facility stands as a testament to Bryan Construction’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and quality execution. By combining strategic planning, design-build delivery, and unique architectural elements, this project delivers both function and form, positioning Eagle Claw for long-term success in Wyoming.
