The Lighting Agency

Located in the Highlands area of Denver, The Lighting Agency project is an addition and renovation to the existing facility. The facility is a lighting lab to demonstrate different lighting technologies.This state-of-the-art facility was designed and built to highlight the science and art of lighting. A new 15,056-square-foot steel frame two-story structure was built over a concrete frame parking garage along with a 5,000-square-foot renovation of their existing headquarters while the facility was occupied and open for business. The space features creative lighting design for clients to experiment with light and lighting controls.
