Milestones for Growth is a community development project designed to grow manufacturing businesses in Colorado Springs by bringing them together in the MFG space. This collaborative workplace is unique, featuring open spaces and gathering areas to facilitate community connections.
Corrugated metal panels and orange accents give an urban industrial feel to the mezzanine. Eight tenant spaces join a 1500-square-foot retail space. A two-bay loading dock, kitchen, break room, and shared training/conference room space are additional amenities offered to future tenants. Most importantly, it’s dog friendly!
