Ranch Creek Elementary School

To meet the needs of the rapidly expanding northeastern part of Colorado Springs, District 20 teamed with Bryan Construction to construct Ranch Creek Elementary. The project included the design and construction of a 51,500-square-foot K-5 school. With a tight schedule and budget restrictions, Bryan worked with the owner to value-engineer the design to a level that would fit the proposed budget, while providing a design that was complete and functional for the district’s program. The project was also designed and bid in multiple packages to allow for construction to begin while design was completed. The school included classroom wings, a library wing, administration areas, cafeteria, warming kitchen, stage, and gymnasium.
