Red Noland Jaguar’s 12,000-square-foot remodel included upgrades to the existing showrooms, sales offices, customer lounges, service area, restrooms, and parts & accessories. Construction, lighting, and finishes were upgraded to the current Jaguar-Land Rover franchise standards.
This project was completed in two phases. The first phase, the interior remodel of the upper level, was completed while the dealership remained open on the lower level. The second phase consisted of the demolition of the existing building face and complete reconstruction of the building front, along with the remodel of the lower level. The dealership remained open throughout construction.
Notable features of work included new exterior ACM panels and metal cladding, upgraded showroom lighting and new LED lighting, full-height glass partitions and glass doors at offices, and a new VIP lounge and personalization studio.
