Colorado Springs
After remodeling their Colorado Springs facility in 2012, bicycle parts manufacturer SRAM contracted Bryan to build out their new research and development facility. This is an approx. 100,000SF remodel of a newly purchased building, with a 3,000-square-foot addition designed to house assembled bicycles that are used to test new parts. The new interiors consist of high-end modern finishes designed to capture different aspects of the local outdoor spaces. There is a large flex-space open office, new training spaces, a video studio, work out room, locker rooms, engineering spaces, test labs, machine shops, and a large patio space that opens into the new break room. The project includes minor upgrades to the building’s exterior including landscaping, parking, and signage.
There’s no limit to our facility services remodeling contractor expertise. However, some projects tend to be more common than others. Here are some examples of commercial renovation projects we have experience with:.
