SRAM

A world-renowned manufacturer of bicycle parts, SRAM is based in Chicago, but their research and testing facility is located in Colorado Springs.

This job involved the renovation of 50,000 square feet for that facility, including the construction of new offices, a laboratory, machine shops and training areas.

As the project evolved and changed due to both owner requests and value engineering, Bryan Construction worked closely with the owner and architect to develop cost-saving measures to ease budgetary concerns.
