The Space Foundation
As the region’s first space, science, and technology center, the Space Foundation Discovery Center is a wonderful knowledge hub for children and adults alike. Totaling 18,000 square feet, the project was completed in two phases. Phase I consisted of the interior demolition, new casework, flooring, framing and drywall, painting, HVAC and plumbing work, new lighting and the installation of building signs for the first and second floors. Phase II involved the construction of a new lobby, including a showcase elevator. An out-of-this world mural is the focal point of the lobby.
