Heritage at Church Ranch is a new senior living community near the historic downtown district of Westminster. This 4-story, 236,518-square-foot building offers 205 units for individuals aged 55 and older. This affordable housing development offers exciting amenities to help residents feel at home, including a beauty salon, theater room, fitness center, crafts rooms, and library. Other features include a dog wash area, community kitchen, business center, fire pit & grill stations, and detached carport/garage parking. In addition, Bryan was able to historically preserve and restore a one-of-a-kind, 165-year-old barn to its original glory. This clubhouse barn will host on-site office space for property management staff and provide ample event space for the residents to gather.
