K-12, College & University Facility Construction
High-quality buildings can have a powerful impact on the ability to teach and to learn, which is why Bryan Construction balances programming, budget and design to get the best results in K-12 and higher education.
In more than 38 years, we’ve completed dozens of schools, athletic facilities, daycare centers, administration buildings, classroom remodels, laboratories, and other education-related projects.
From Montessori buildings to state-of-the-art climatology research spaces, we’ve established a stellar reputation as a reliable, no-hassle partner for educational institutions of all levels.
We are experts at remodeling occupied, existing spaces, taking great care to bring historic structures up to contemporary standards without damaging their architectural appeal.
At Colorado College, for example, we renovated Cossit Hall, reconfiguring its dance space, practice rooms, locker rooms and more with new interior finishes, a complete new mechanical system, and facilities to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The work – in a campus building which has been placed on the National Register of Historic Buildings – was done while the building was occupied, and the original architecture was kept intact.
At Colorado State University, by contrast, Bryan built a new 13,000-square-foot, two-story Center for Multi-Scale Modeling of Atmospheric Process, equipped with Cat 6E network cabling and a Main Distribution Frame room on the main floor, as well as an Independent Distribution Frame room on the second floor.
From architectural preservation to cutting-edge technology, Bryan Construction is ready to lend a hand on any size educational project.
