The growing town of Castle Rock is the ideal place for new tenant space. Ideally located in sight of I-25, these two site cast concrete buildings total roughly 42,000 square feet on a 3.75 acre site. The building construction included site cast concrete walls, bar joist and decking, and all electrical/water/sewer/storm sewer and fire sprinkler utilities as well as RTU heating and cooling on Building 1 and unit heat in Building 2. The site work consisted of all necessary site grading, underground utility work, relocation of a high pressure gas main line, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and all required landscaping. Particular care was taken to prevent any run off of construction debris due to the site construction taking place directly adjacent to a state protected wildlife area.
