Two site-cast concrete buildings totaling roughly 42,000 square feet on a 3.75-acre site. The buildings include a tenant finish for a NAPA Auto Parts. The other space is core and shell space for potential retail/business/warehouse tenants. Construction included concrete walls, bar joist and decking, and all electrical/water/sewer/storm sewer and fire sprinkler utilities, as well as RTU heating and cooling on Building 1 and unit heat in Building 2. The site work consisted of all necessary site grading, underground utility work, relocation of a high-pressure gas main line, curb and gutter, asphalt paving and all required landscaping, along with a required detention pond structure with all required micro-pools, forebays, inlets and outlet structures as well as an overflow structure. Additionally, an exterior loading dock structure with electric dock leveler was constructed at Building 2. Particular care was taken to prevent any runoff of construction debris into a protected wildlife area.
